The Alpha series was created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Harald Rüssel and his wife Ruth. The handle scales are made from oak wood sourced from wine barrels that are over 80 years old. Each blade bears Harald Rüssel's signature, laser-engraved into the wood. The Alpha Fasseiche series is available in a limited edition of 100 pieces.

Master butcher Marc Sonnenschein, carpenter Peter Oppermann, and our workshop created a limited special edition of five types of knives, with a total of 200 pieces. Handles made from bog oak from the Marpe district of Wuppertal, blades engraved with the historical location coordinates.
