Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Europe. For orders outside Europe, please use the contact form.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €5 per order for delivery within Germany - shipping costs are waived for orders over €50. Within Europe, the shipping costs are €14 flat rate - shipping costs are also waived for orders over €100. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.

For deliveries outside the EU, please use the contact form. Deliveries are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days for direct payment (Paypal, Sofortüberweisung or credit card). In rare cases, there may be delays if an ordered item is not in stock.

Shipping is carried out with UPS.
